Initial project planning

Selection of key professionals: Our process begins with the careful selection and engagement of key professionals, including architects and structural engineers, to build a highly qualified project team tailored to your specific needs.
Expert report evaluation: We meticulously evaluate the architect’s expert report to ensure a sound basis for the planning and execution stages of the project.
Preliminary studies and analyses: Our team carries out comprehensive preliminary studies, including site surveys and exhaustive data collection. These activities culminate in a detailed meeting with the selected architect, during which we discuss our findings and develop a strategy for the project’s future.
Detailed plan development: We develop detailed plans and specifications, meticulously finalizing all project documentation, including plans, sections and detailed drawings, to ensure a solid plan for project execution.

Examination and submission of documents

Architectural plan evaluation: The project management team carefully evaluates the architect’s plans and specifications, initially released for comment, from a project management perspective, to ensure that they meet the project’s needs and objectives.
Delivery of revised documents: We refine and deliver revised construction or tender documents, now “issued for construction/tender”, directly to our customer, to ensure clarity and preparation for the next phase.
Hiring additional experts: Depending on project needs, we hire additional professionals or specialists, reinforcing our global approach to project management.

RFP and tender management

Launching the tendering process: We officially issue invitations to tender to carefully selected potential bidders, kicking off the tendering process.
Organization of site visits: Our team organizes and conducts site visits with these potential bidders, enabling them to gain an in-depth understanding of the project’s scope and requirements.
Preparation of addenda: We prepare and issue addenda as necessary to clarify, amend or supplement tender documents, ensuring that all bidders have complete and accurate information.
Bid evaluation and contractor selection: We assist the customer in the process of receiving and reviewing bids, evaluating each bid against specific criteria to recommend the most advantageous offer. We then help the customer sign the contract with the selected contractor, and review the contractor’s proposed project schedule for feasibility and alignment with project objectives.

Project planning and monitoring

Coordination of professional activities: We ensure seamless coordination between architects, engineers and other professionals involved, facilitating a collaborative project environment.
Project schedule management: Our team diligently manages the project schedule, ensuring strict adherence to the planned progression of project phases, thus minimizing delays and disruptions.
Ongoing project supervision: Through continuous monitoring, we oversee every aspect of the project, issuing change orders to meet unforeseen challenges and approving progress payments to maintain financial control and project momentum, ensuring a smooth path to completion.
