BUILDING EXPERTISE
Facade verification
Every 5 years, the owner must obtain a verification report from an engineer certifying that the building’s facades are free of any dangerous conditions. An examination of each building façade must be carried out no earlier than 6 months prior to the date on which the verification report is produced.
Parking garage verification
Designed to meet the specific needs of multi-storey parking structures, our services comply with the provisions of Bill 122. We assess the condition of concrete, structural steel and waterproofing systems to ensure the longevity and safety of your multi-storey parking structures.
Repair plans and specifications
Repair work that involves modifying the existing construction (structure, envelope, roof, etc.) requires plans and specifications issued by an engineer who is a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. These technical documents indicate, among other things, the nature of the work to be performed by the contractor, recommended procedures, quantities, characteristics of materials to be used and details of the work, so that the project can be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the Construction Code, the National Building Code and other applicable standards.
Job supervision
Our company also offers a repair supervision service. Site visits are scheduled, depending on the complexity of the project. We ensure that repairs meet established standards, agreed deadlines and specific customer requirements. This proactive monitoring enables us to identify potential problems early on, make adjustments in real time and verify the quality of the final results.
